Where do I begin? i bought it online, it was shipped but no emails alerting me to the shipment. It was 7 days in the shipping warehouse waiting to be claimed but I didn't receive a phone call as the phone number on the shipping was inputted wrong by the sender. It was by chance while picking up a different package that the Inverter was delivered to me. I had it professionally installed at $170 per hour to have it FAIL! Luckily I bought an extended warranty on the Inverter (learned that from a past experience) Well dealing with the warranty department is quite the treat ...NOT i have received barely any communication from them except that the 'ticket' has been registered and a 'claim #' has been issued. When i attempt to engage their chatbot communication device i don't get anywhere except for them to acknowledge that my complaint has been lodged ...even after i tell them i have already lodged a complaint and received a tracing number.... to which i supplied this info when they asked for it, they again told me they would open up a 'ticket' ... then crickets. Don't put yourself in the position of probable disappointment (like I experienced on a different one of their products, hence the warranty purchase) This has put a MASSIVE damper on my fall vacation traveling in my campervan. To the point where i may have to cancel, postpone or buy a portable inverter from a more reputable company like Jackery.

14 months after buying this it died. dead. live wires test, but dead. no resource. will need to look at other brands. sucks. bought to upgrade my system.

Worst customer service ever.! All Ai responses and useless emails that never solved anything. Charged me for premium shipping and the product arrived 5 weeks later. The inverter works great, but if you need it fast order from a 3rd party supplier and NOT Vevor.com.

Inverter worked fine however the remote that came with it didn't work.

The front outlets suck and do not make good contact with plug. I originally thought they did not work at all. I wrote Vevor telling them the plugs did not work, but they insisted on a pic of the problem. When I went to take a pic with a multi meter in the outlet I was surprised to see there was voltage. I then plugged in a battery charger and had to wiggle it until the prongs made contact as it arced and popped. Ultimately I hard wired it to my system and use my own outlets and it works fine, otherwise its a fire hazard.

The 110 Volt plugs are useless for any mobile application, as they are very loose. The sockets almost fall off by itself. All of them. Then the remote shows very different values than the in built display which is correct. For the price, it is a good purchase so far but you have to hard wire a quality extension cord. I like that the fan does not start for my RV application when most of times the power draw is not nder 300w. Dead quiet.

Wired remote does not work. Unit itself looks good and functions as expected. This is my 5th purchase from VEVOR. They need to improve quality control. This is the 3rd unit that is defective. Customer service is not easy but I am used to email communication and haggling!!!

Think I was sold a remaufactured unit . Arrived in a plain cardboard box and wasn't packaged very good . The remote was damaged and now I am waiting for a new part frome china. Could be weeks before I can compleat install

Ordered this to power my houseboat so I wouldn’t need a generator and so far it’s worked fine . Must have quality batteries to make it work flawless

I bought the inverter and after 5 months of use the display stopped functioning as it should. the product has a 1 year warranty on it. Dealing with Vevor to return it and get a replacement is a nightmare. Vevor makes you jump through hoops, I'm very disappointed and currently evaluating any future purchases with Vevor because of this.
