Entrega bien. Tuve un problema Al quedarse la pantalla “congelada”. Mantuve una conversación con un operador a través de email y todavía estoy esperando instrucciones para saber si puedo usarlo y si tiene garantía. Si tengo que comprar otro no será VEVOR. Postventa podría mejorar. No puedo enlazar imágenes.

Where do I begin? i bought it online, it was shipped but no emails alerting me to the shipment. It was 7 days in the shipping warehouse waiting to be claimed but I didn't receive a phone call as the phone number on the shipping was inputted wrong by the sender. It was by chance while picking up a different package that the Inverter was delivered to me. I had it professionally installed at $170 per hour to have it FAIL! Luckily I bought an extended warranty on the Inverter (learned that from a past experience) Well dealing with the warranty department is quite the treat ...NOT i have received barely any communication from them except that the 'ticket' has been registered and a 'claim #' has been issued. When i attempt to engage their chatbot communication device i don't get anywhere except for them to acknowledge that my complaint has been lodged ...even after i tell them i have already lodged a complaint and received a tracing number.... to which i supplied this info when they asked for it, they again told me they would open up a 'ticket' ... then crickets. Don't put yourself in the position of probable disappointment (like I experienced on a different one of their products, hence the warranty purchase) This has put a MASSIVE damper on my fall vacation traveling in my campervan. To the point where i may have to cancel, postpone or buy a portable inverter from a more reputable company like Jackery.

leider bringt der Wechselrichter nur 4000w statt der 5000w Steigt bei der kleinsten überlast 4050w aus, und muss neu gestartet werden. Leistungsanzeige zeigt prinzipiell 30% mehr an als bezogen wird!!

we love your inverters however your choice of delivery company SUCKS! We are a business and they left the inverter outside on a Sunday when we were having extreme storms. Hope it works

Customer service is non-existent with this company. It's impossible to try to get a hold of a live person or to resolve a return. Customer service has gone straight out the window.

14 months after buying this it died. dead. live wires test, but dead. no resource. will need to look at other brands. sucks. bought to upgrade my system.

Worst customer service ever.! All Ai responses and useless emails that never solved anything. Charged me for premium shipping and the product arrived 5 weeks later. The inverter works great, but if you need it fast order from a 3rd party supplier and NOT Vevor.com.

Am cumpărat acest invertor însă nu are valoarea de 5000w, la 1200w dă semne de oboseală! Are o ieșire în față care se dorește a fi trifazată dar nu este (deși pe capac scrie 600v). După ce l-am cumpărat au făcut reducere suplimentara de 10% la el și eu care m-am grăbit să-l achiziționez la 5% am fost prostit fără să primesc nimic la schimb! Din păcate această firmă nu oferă garanții pentru produsele vândute și nici retur în cazul în care nu ești mulțumit de calitatea produselor, totul este o loterie. Dacă ai noroc și cumperi un produs bun trebuie să ai grijă de el pentru că dacă se defectează ori îl repari pe cheltuială proprie ori îl arunci! Nu au instrucțiuni clare de utilizare pentru produse și există riscul să se defecteze de la prima utilizare!
