The inverters work but I bought 4 and one of them has a bad display. Customer service has been jerking me around for a month. They don’t want to honor their warranty and have asked m to take the unit about and try to fix it. It’s an inverter! Now they have made me 2 financial offers to accept it. I just want a new, working unit. I spent $1200 and am being jerked around. I am beyond disgusted. Maybe I should call may bank and see if Visa can do anything. Do not buy anything from the slimy people.

I thought that I was buying a quality inverter. I had it stored safely until needed. After I started using the inverter, it didn't last a year! It's a 3,500w pure sine wave inverter that won't carry 600w at night being powered by 4/ 100Ah lithium ion batteries. Now I'm going to lose a lot of food because of this piece of crap!

To be honest I am very disappointed in Vevor's customer service. I purchased an inverter and it arrived defective. There was a loose screw rattling around inside the unit. I was able to get the screw to show itself through on of the vent slots so I could show your customer service department. The response was terrible. I was actually asked to disassemble this inverter and remove the screw myself. I questioned this request and was asked to "cooperate" with the request. This unit should have been returned and replaced immediately. I'm sure if there is any problem with this inverter there will be no support based on this experience. I will not purchase from or recommend them in the future.

After only a year it died. VEVOR didn’t help very much so I through it away and told them I’m done. Then after it was already at the dump they offered to return it. Very disappointed in the service and product. Also it went down over $100 after I bought it. Garbage company with garbage tools. Good luck if you buy this.

The prise is good The inverter was faulty in the arrival o i got my money back because the culnt sent mee a new one because it was not in stock🥺

This brand new 2500 watt unit had a little issue with the remote switch. That even with the main switch off the unit would not turn off with the remote. So I created a ticket well over a week ago. Since I am pretty good at electrical I figured it out the issue with the cord itself from unit to remote. I keep updating my ticket but no one from the help team will reply. All I keep getting is a reply to my ticket to be closed and nothing else over and over. All I need is a new 1$ cord sent out . Cust service is not responding. I would buy some where else due to this. Not a happy customer with this purchase even though the product looks good.

El inversor supongo que será bueno, porque ni lo he probado, me equivoqué al comprarlo y cuando he querido devolverlo no dejan, así que cuidao y mirar bien porque NO hacen devoluciones

My Vevor Pure Sine Wave Inverter 5000 Watt for $471.20 never arrived even though the tracking information sent by Vevor said it did. I want my money back. I will not use this company for any future purchases.
