The positive post spins when you try to tighten it down. I contacted support and after 15 days they told me the replacement part was lost. I wish I'd bought a different one.

Not sure about the product. Arrived damaged, took me a month to get my money back and that was only then through my bank by fileing a dispute

When I look at the features and the price of 3000 Watt Inverter/Charger. I decided to buy it . After installation . I worked for a day and then it shutdown completely. Reset it boots up for less than 1 minute and temperature goes from 30 celcius to 40 celcius in about < 1 minutes and it shut off . I looked in the specs and it indicated that if the temperature of the unit reach 40 celcius (104 Farenheit) it will stop working. I got the feeling that something is really broken. It is possible thermal problem or sensor problem . I decided to return and not to pursue a replacement.

Completely mixed feelings.. from the start I have to flip the off and on switch multiple times to turn it on. Hooked up to "shore power" fans running to cool down something that shouldn't be working. Left me stranded on charging a few times. Was going to do a less then year old claim but reviews shows nobody gives a rats bass.

I ordered this inverter and three batteries. I mentioned the batteries in another review, but I won’t buy them ever again. The battery packs are loose inside the steel case, and flopping around. Seems pretty dangerous to me. The inverter is working, but VV did not mention That there are no communication ports to hook the batteries to the inverter for communication to balance the charge on four different batteries. My complaint about the batteries fell on deaf ears so in addition to wasting money on the batteries, I’m gonna have to replace the inverter also, meaning that I wasted about $2400 This month. Attempts to communicate with VR end up with a run around saying send more pictures or tell us more about the problem or some other bullshit. They’re not interested in refunding for the low-grade products that they sell.

Bought this from Vevor website, thinking it was a better route if any problems came up. Well if I had bought it from Amazon I could have returned it. This is my nice review. Vevor support is TERRIBLE !! Only email communication and dont make any type of error on their page, typing, photos, etc. It flat disappears !! Start all over. Cannot speak to human voice. Receive responses from Vevor, make sur you respond 48 hours or it's closed. They NEVER answer your question. They'll respond with a solution that is not the problem. They do respond, to clarify. Im 2 weeks deep into this support problem and nothing has been resolved. Try sending videos, it's a joke, size limit = 10 second video, if you can capture the problem in 10 seconds. I've asked for my money back/ replace this product, they never respond to that option. Vevor 24v 6000w inverter, yes it's heavy, no problem, yes it's large, no problem, if it did as it states...priceless. BUT IT DOES NOT. ITS BUGGY, IT HAS CHARGER PROBLEMS IS MY CRITICAL PROBLEM !!! The manual is Vague at best. The charging parameters of options it offers are far from accurate and do change with no explanation. Vevor will not address your questions. ITS A JOKE ! If you are using this inverter for everyday useage...BEWARE ! I Have digital guages and used clamp on meters and the results are the same...Bad. I have exhausted myself with this situation and REGRET Buying this inverter. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM VEVOR AGAIN. I'M SURE THEIR LAUGHING OVER THIS IN CHINA...SUPPORT. I bought a Vevor 3500w 24v inverter a year ago. It lasted a year. I tried contacting Vevor when the display failed. Thats why I bought guages with shunts to know what that inverter 3500w was doing. I saw this inverter and thought great price/CHARGER/inverter all in one. If it worked as stated I wouldn't be writing this. Be Sure to Copy and paste as you go, so you don't have to start all over. This is my NICE version. General Audience I don't want another Vevor I wan my money back. Slowly popping up with other purchasers having same problems. But You will not know, if you do not test/check the amps/wattage. It will not show this on Vevor display on the inverter. If its occasional use ? NOT EVERYDAY RELYING ON THIS INVERTER. VERY UNHAPPY VEVOR OFFERS NO SUPPORT THEY MAKE IT APPEAR THAT THEY DO ITS A JOKE

This has been very difficult to say the least. I installed the unit as per the instruction in my rv. The unit powered up but thats about it. The display showed the welcome screen but none of the lights lit up and after about 1 minute an alarmed sounded then tripped my gfi where im hooked up to shore power. I was never able to adjust any parameters because the display never move passed the welcome screen. I contacted vevor via email because that is the only way to reach them with my issues. After a few days of "review " they offered to refund me $94 and said I could keep the defective unit. I kindly asked for a full refund or to send me a new unit. And I've yet to here back from them. Ill update my review regardless of the outcome
