Tools are great, but the box broke the first time that I opened it. Cheap hollow plastic and the lid broke off.

Never received. Money refunded. No explaination or followup until I received this request for a review of my experience.

It's missing one socket ( E7 1/4 inch drive ) Wow ! Typical Chinese crap bottom line - now they'll want to barter not to have a return I experienced before - never again dealing with this company - nope !!

I'm getting tired of ordering stuff from Vivo. Because every time I order something something something else comes instead of the right thing, it's getting very irritant. You never get the product that you order. Or it comes broken, it's pretty sad.

The tools are really nice and good quality but the carrying case really needs improvements. Unfortunately I'm not able to carry the case by the handle because most of the sockets and some wrenches will not stay in their designated spots and when I open the case up sockets are all over the place and its pretty frustrating having to organize it every time I have to carry it. I really wish they would improve on the design of the carrying case. It's not good.

We bought this kit as a travel kit because it was in a slender box that could slide and fit under the back seat. The kit is loaded and has most everything you'd need. The bad thing is they packed double of a socket so I'm missing one and have extra of another. Tried to call or email but never received a response. If they fix that I'd be happy to change it to 5 stars...

This tool set is one of a kind. I’m by no means a mechanic but it sure is nice to have all my tools in one place. I didn’t realize how heavy so I won’t be carrying it around. I have to find a good place put it. I really could have used a few less Allen wrenches.

Each time you close this toolbox and carry it all the sockets and the small implements inside go everywhere so when you open it again to use it it’s a disaster. You spent five minutes, organizing your tools each time you go to use it.
