We did a different set up. We took the hot water pipe from the hot water tank and put a set of by pass valves in. This way if the pump screw up it can be bypassed without doing major fixes later. It did take the time to get warm water upstairs down from 25 seconds to 5 seconds straight out of the box. I am still figuring out the settings to make some adjustments. I did increase the water flow rate on the pump so i havent lost any water pressure to my whole house even with the crazy looking bypass set up. Make sure you use good teflon tape, the tape that is provided is trash and caused leaks but i changed all the fittings to good tape then didnt have leaks. We have the return loop in our ensuite bathroom upstairs and havent had any issues with that. We also had 3/4 water lines so i had to do a pit of pipe and PEX management to get everything to fit into and screw onto each thing appropriately. My brother has this pump too and his has held up a year or more already so they seem to be worth the DIY project to get hot water throughout the house faster. My knocks are the instructions are kinda trash and there aren’t many good videos on the installation and set up for this water recirculator.

Runs well , you need a a much better instruction booklet with clearer photos and larger print . .. be great if WiFi included in USA import circulators . A YouTube video would be helpful!

Good working budget pump with all base futures for use under sink in half price of other brands. Little bit confusing setup instructions, but you get it. To reduce humming nose put it on foam pad on floor. Using it with smart plugs for scheduling.

This pump work perfectly for a recirculating pump, with the built in controls it far exceeds traditional pumps.

I just have to comment on the incredible customer service I received from Vevor. I had to communicate several times with Vevor regarding the installation obstacles I was having due to the age and configuration of my home plumbing system. Customer service was always there with a prompt and courteous response never seeming to get frustrated with my issues. I will definitely be looking at Vevor for future purchases. Customer service is so important for online sales and I can definitely say that Vevor gets it.

I bought this unit. I’m not an expert, but after reading the reviews, most of them are very bad because nobody can figure out how to install it. After four days, and using some information I found, I was finally able to connect it properly and make it work correctly. So, how do we connect it? Let’s start here. This side is for cold water. The cold water comes in through here, goes through this line, continues through here, and finally connects here. So this part goes to the cold water line going to the faucet. Now let’s move down here. This is where the hot water goes in. This is the hot water inlet. This is where I installed the piece that came with it. Take a good look at that piece: it has an arrow, and that arrow must point upward. Then, this line goes to the hot water faucet, and this is where the hot water is taken from. This setup has been working perfectly for me. I’ve been using it for three weeks now and haven’t had any problems. Honestly, the instructions are not clear. They talk about Wi-Fi and other things that have absolutely nothing to do with the installation. So here I already connected everything so you can see how to do it correctly. The key piece is this one, and it’s very important to place it in that direction, on the hot water side. Okay? Thank you.

I ordered a Vevor hot water recirculatinng pump for under my master bathroom on September 21, 2026. After making all the proper connections, the pump would only run for about 3 seconds and then stop running. I tried connecting the pump in many different ways, and programmed it as instructed. However, after a few days of trying, I gave up my exhausted attempts and requested a refund. They offered me a 100% refund; they said they would send me a prepaid return label to ship the pump back. I said, ok. Mind you, this is All email communication. I've been trying to get a refund since about September 27, 2026, and as of October 8, 2026, I have not received a return label or a refund. I sent them messages EVER DAY requesting a return label. They have not responded. Also, their 24/7 chat with an agent does not work. I am now pursuing a refund through my bank. I STRONGLY suggest, you do not do business with a company (Vevor) like this! If I could give them less than a zero rating, I would. Shame on them...
