Had a lot of hope in this tool, the auto release function does not work and just gets stuck on the nutsert. Wish it had an option to manually back it off the insert.

Nut Rivet Tool Broke on second usage. I want a replacement of refund!

I got the two of the 5/16 rivnuts installed. About halfway through the 3rd one, both ball bearings left the chat. The aluminum housing that traps them is very soft, and the steel BB's created their own track to escape. Oh well, at least I still have a decent supply of rivnuts for awhile.

this tool is great for the 1st 20 rivet nuts that you put in. i have now broke 2 of them the same way. the ball barrings that spin the rod come out. would not buy the semi-auto retraction one.

Fell apart and got stuck in the vehicle that I was working on. Only lasted for 2 nutzerts and it broke. I was confident about it going into it, but that changed when it got stuck in a 2017 Journey rear hatch door because it wouldn’t threat out. I contacted them but after all the hoops I had to jump through, no replacement, no refund and they swept it under the rug. Started using local Harbor Freight again.

Bad Quality. It broke after 2 days of use. And I have a Harbor one that I've been using for 4 years. I don't recommend this one.

La riveuteuse est tout juste ouvert qu une bille de roulement et tombée de celle ci ça commence bien déçu qu un outil à 50€ ne soit pas vérifié avant d'être envoyé

Product partially fell apart during the first use, the center shaft of the tool has a spiral channel that is filled with ball bearings, this portion of the tool is designed to reverse the nosepiece out of the installed riv nut, however; with the bearings gone it doesn’t work, so you have to manually spin the entire tool to remove it from the riv nut!

Bearings popped out on fourth try. Had to disassemble to release tool from rivnut. Could not get bearings to go back in. Tool will not work.
