Just received the Vevor XC-200 Plastic Welding Kit. I bought this model direct from Vevor because it was the best price even with a military/veteran discount at the national chain home improvement stores. The unit appears well made & includes all of the basic supplies needed to repair most types of plastic (ABS, Nylon PA, Polycarbonate PA, Polyurethane, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, & TPO TEO TPE. My purchase was primarily to make simple plastic repairs which I need to do from time to time. Normally, I try gluing, but as is commonly known despite advertisements claiming how good their glue works, it generally does not hold & comes apart within a shirt period of time. Then, you try another glue & after a couple of tries you end up throwing whatever it is away. The user manual appears a bit short, but it does have instructions on how to apply all of the materials/supplies included with the kit. So while not lengthy, it does appear to be thorough enough to assist you in making that first repair using any of the necessary materials. I really don't think I need to buy anything to complement this kit, maybe additional supplies such as colored plastic rods to match a specific plastic needing repair, but I will find a small clear plastic compartment storage container (between 3 x 5 and 4 × 6 inches) to put the different hot staples & tips in. I would recommend this product based on my experiences with other Vevor products & appearance of this current product.

Même si le plastique du pistolet semble "Cheap", celui-ci fonctionne parfaitement.

Absolutely love it.. It's a great welder.. The down fall is it heats up.. Then after about 15 minutes.. It over heats and shuts down.. I'm not sure is I have a dud. Can someone else who has one chime in and tell me if theirs overheats and shuts down

J'ai réparé un parechoc et un support de phare en quelques minutes. Pour le parechoc, J'aurais presque pu me passer d'utiliser un enduit de finition. Simple, rapide, efficace

Am produsul luat cam de 6 luni sau mai bine si pot spune ca mi-am facut foarte bine treaba cu el si mai ales cu accesoriile care le-am primit, mai ales acele bari de PVC sau alte materiale. Unele le-am folosit sa lipesc bara de plastic fata la un caddy si chiar tine foarte bine. Iar cu cele de metal la fel am reparat foarte multe lucruri. Se merita produsul.

What can i say, perfect tool a specially for plastic, done the job. Amazing about the small extra staff in the kit, came for any DIY you want.
