I ordered this orbital sander on August 12 and as of August 19th the item has not yet arrived. I ordered a replacement and got that one pretty quickly but i'm still utterly disappointed. Included is a super short dust collection hose that is 3 ft long and does not have an adequate grip to the orbital sander. The short hose means you won't be able to work on a work bench with the hose barely able to reach the floor. Forget sanding large projects given that feature. I will have to purchase a replacement hose and potentially 3d print some adapter for it to connect to a shop vac or my dust collection system.

David Faulty speed switch

After about 10 hours of use, the speed switch malfunctioned. When placed on high speed (setting 6), it would vibrate down to low speed (setting 1) without me touching the switch. I could only keep it on high speed by taping the speed dial at the 6 setting.

Purchased this November last year. Went to use it today for the first time and it worked for all of 5 minutes. Garbage product won't be buying anything here again. I'm usually buy once cry once but every few years I try my luck and loose. Let's see if this review even shows up ?

Craig Good sander but no replacement parts available

The sander works well but the hooks on the sanding pad wear out and you can't order replacement parts for this sander. That being said I will not buy another one. I will be going back to Dewalt so I can replace a part when needed, not have to buy another sander. Also Vevor customer service is not helpful at all. Good luck.
