Cómo funcionan las reseñas y calificaciones de los clientes
Las reseñas de los clientes, incluidas las calificaciones con estrellas de los productos, ayudan a los clientes a obtener más información sobre el producto y a decidir si es el producto adecuado para ellos.

Ni*** Do not buy if you need 28khz function.
This is NOT a 28khz machine.
It is only capable of 40khz operation.
Customer service will try to tell you the semi wave function changes the frequency, it does not.
This issue was not resolved!
You are still falsely advertising this product as 28khz when it does not have that ability.

Filled mine with water for the first time and it leaked. I file a claim on this unit to get it swapped with a working unit. Waiting for vevor to swap it out.

It's a nice unit, but it is absurd that the unit has to actually be working to heat up. It would be a much better piece if I could just turn it on, let it heat up, then put it to use.

Its okay. It truly doesn't not blow you away. You payed for a cheap cleaner, so you got a cheaply built cleaner.

Didn't work when It showed up. Called the customer service number. She put me through the steps to get the parts to repair it. I was required to disassemble the unit and take pictures and email them to customer service. They diagnosed it with the pictures and sent a new circuit board. I had to fix it my self. But after they sent me the replacement circuit board it Worked.

1. When I registered I introduced the VAT number of the company. In the invoice, you omitted the VAT number, which is not correct, considering it is a company purchase.
2. The information in the manual is very scarce and it doesn't explain how and when to use the different functions: Degas, Full-wave and Semi-wave.
3. You don't make any reference on cleaning solutions (either homemade or commercial) and their applications.

Fr Not to much use yet
I haven't used the ultrasonic cleaner much, but I since I can't review single products I have to post a review about this. It seems sturdy. Let's see how long it'll work.
