Item was missing parts so I can't actually use it. Customer support is an absolute joke!!!

U tohoto modelu nelze samostatně zapnout vyhřívání kapaliny. Vždy je to spojené s ultrazvukem, takže si nemůžete teplou vodu připravit dopředu. Vždy se začne ohřívat až za chodu ultrazvuku. Je to velmi nepraktické A proto dávám mizerné hodnocení.

Do not buy from this company. They have terrible customer support and shipping. Its just white labeled items from China with no extra quality control. They also require people to spend money to get to "Lvl4" which unlocks "Priority Support" and "Priority Refunds" is disgusting. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

After unpacking the 3‑liter ultrasonic cleaner, my first impression was unfortunately very negative. The device is unstable and noticeably wobbles because the legs were mounted unevenly. Additionally, the screws on the underside are installed in a sloppy manner and protrude from the bottom panel. This raises serious concerns about the durability and safe operation of the unit, especially since this model has no adjustment or leveling system that could compensate for crooked legs or loose hardware. The overall build quality is far below expectations and below the standard for devices of this type. I have serious doubts about the proper long‑term performance of the cleaner given these manufacturing defects.

Pretty good value machine. CLEANING PERFORMACE Gets glue and other muck off my tools pretty well, although it can take hours I also put in a stainless steel tea/coffee filter, with very fine holes, that was covered in brown residue. It cleaned it well, but it took 10 hours PROs: Looks nice,Cleans things quite well although it takes a long time Timer goes to 99 minutes. Heating function works well CONS: Instructions are pretty basic,that don't really explain the different settings or how they work The rotary knob doesn't work properly,it is ultra sensitive and randomly moves the indicator either direction ,this will probably be the first thing to fail What do all the different settings mean? ...I assume the one labelled 'Auto Parts' is the strongest, so I use it the most Not sure what detergent or cleaning solution will work best,I've just been using a SIMPLE GREEN concentrated cleaner added to the water...other products might work better I would not purchase another VEVOR machine with the rotary knob, it's a poor quality mechanism, although the knob itself looks good.

Honestly, super disappointed and as a first product buy, I don't think I'll ever buy from this company again. First of all. The handle for the lid is on the wrong side. I had to unscrew and rescrew it to the correct side. Machine doesn't work properly. It doesn't heat up past 40 degrees and that's after running for over a half hour. Some parts are flimsy like the ring near the drain port. It's just hanging there. And they call this the "professional" model? Professional my a**.

Virker ikke. Har ikke fått noen brukbar løsning på det etter flere uker, men det er mulig det blir bra til slutt. Problemet er bare at dette koster meg mye penger siden Ultralydvaskeren ble kjøpt for å gjøre endel reparasjoner på bilen min. Den ser ut til å å ha mange funksjoner og til å være eksepsjonelt bra valuta for pengene hvis den virker. Dette har jeg dessverre ikke funnet ut enda. So i bought the professional model for more features. It sure does have them. What i cant believe is there is no way to pre heat the solution. The heater only works when it is in a cleaning cycle. How ridiculous. I have another cheaper unit that I can pre heat the solution before running a cleaning cycle. Vevor please contact me to rectify. Professional model and cant run a standard solution heat before running a clean. Ridiculous, so disappointed
