I write only after verification by winter! Of course, water does not freeze up to -5°C and occasional flow. Overnight -15°C heating timer 2x15 minutes/hour everything OK. Water inlet temperature 2°C. Hose insulated tubex 3 mm. I fully recommend the product and thank you.

Only froze once below -20°F. So much easier to drain the hose in place instead of having to drag hoses back to the heated garage twice a day. Just plug in and wait 10-15min and water flows. Only knock is hose already had a pinhole leak where attaches to hose fitting in 2mo of daily use. I will take the spray over lugging frozen hoses across the farm.

I forgot to plug it in but had water running, we lost power and water so it froze solid. I hooked it to my generator and within 10 minutes I had the same water pressure as before. 10/10 would recommend

This kept the water flowing to my RV last winter. The only time it froze was when the wind blew and dropped the freezing point. This year, I put up a wind block and they work great!

VARY DEPENDABLE HOSES

As advertised. But keep in mind that whatever you hook the heated hose to can AND will freeze. I did not think about that. So I offer a suggestion to folks purchasing this heated hose. The hose works but it does not get hot enough to keep other devices from freezing. I. E. If you are camping and hook up the hose, well either end can freeze up, even though the hose us warn. Make sense?
