I have had nothing but problems with this machine. The dispensing unit continues to leak to the point the drip tray overflows. The other I believe the back seal is continuously leaking. I have reached out to customer support/tech support on these issues with no resolution. I have been instructed to change and clean the seals with I have done several times. It has been leaking since we got it and has caused an enormous mess since we got it - our floors and cupboards are completely sticky with slushie mix- If we do not empty the drip tray every 1/2 hour with overflows and is a big mess. I have reached out about getting it replace but have not gotten a reposnse.

Received this product hasn't worked! Contact customer service, said they were going to be in touch and haven't heard from them. Very disappointing.

Hallo die Maschine ist beschädigt und war nicht so gut verpackt, man muss was dazwischen klemmen dass Kontakt und Licht geht und der Behälter ist stark verkratzt.

Bought it i had it for about 3 weeks in the box where waiting to open up our new location got it unpacked plugged in it cools but doesn't freeze we double ck everything all the settings

The handle broke after only a few times using. The machine is only 2 months old. Hard to recommend. Price was good, so i tried it.

Unless you have money to thru a way don’t buy this peice of scrap one month of use half ass working now 2 of three bowls stop working And their service department is not with a damn I’m pissed

I purchase a slushi machine that I tried to use and it didn't work. The machine gave me a hr error message which translate to temperature sensor being broken. Need phone number to send slushi machine back to seller or where it can get fix.
