I brought the two pack and while one works perfectly the other one barely works . It doesn’t matter if you fill it with powder or not it will only give you a little bit of power ain’t oaf the machines works fine the other maybe has a bad moter or something . We had to improvise with its use and use one of them . It kind of sucks because the effect of two makes proms look better. Then just one plus i paid for two of the machines to work

Hello, I am writing to notify you that approximately two months ago I purchased four of these machines for an event for my daughter. When I went to use them, one of the machines — the one with the serial number shown in the attached photo — did not turn on properly. The unit has power, but the screen does not turn on and the machine is not functioning. I would like to know if this product is still under warranty and if it can be repaired or replaced. E probado los dos me e gastado el dinero y solo uno va como debe ir quema bien el producto y se ve pero el otro parece que no tiene un buen funcionamiento que apenas sale chispas

Première utilisation. La quantité d’étincelle n’est pas énorme mais elle est satisfaisante au vu du prix d’achat. Deuxième utilisation en plein spectacle, une sur deux nous lâche ça fait très moyen, nous sommes déçus.

I used them 2 x and they stopped working

2 of those sparklers stop working so sad about this brand I bought 4 in total the other 2 works fine so far. I don’t know what to do to solve my struggle.

I bought 2 cold sparks from you guys but I am regretting as 1 will not even power on while other throws heated sparks instead of cold. 1 star rating as you did not test your product before shipping it.

These came broken they did not work and I am having a very difficult time getting a refund. They offered me half my money back for a product that never worked.

The machine is not working, I bought year warranty, and they don't answer to my emails to my tickets, customers service doesn't care Im loosing business because the machines are not working!!!!!
