Frustrated Fan doesn't work and going through hoops on return

I purchased this machine for a kids birth party. Did set up and test run which was challenging and I should have packed it up there but we got it limping enough that we thought it would work for the party.
Come party day and the fan wouldn't go on at all, we had 2 dozen kids ready, what a disappointment!!
I emailed for an exchange or return and have to send in video documentation because it seems like they want me to fix it or they are going to send replacement parts. I just want a new unit or my money back, we'll see if that happens.
Very disappointed. Will say the short rest we did was fun but questioning the quality when it doesn't work right out of the box.

Steven Foam machine
Great machine but the tripod is not good at all. The stand. The tripod arrived with rust on the inside. We decided to push thru with using it but it could hardly stand without falling over. After it tipped over 3 times we decided to set the machine up on a table which worked out so much better for us.

Wrong Item Sent Don’t buy from them
Terrible sent the wrong item I ordered a foam machine and they sent me a fruit drier and there is NO phone number to call you have to email and they don’t respond until through the night took me over a week to get this resolved and they wouldn’t expedite the shipping of the correct product for us to get it time for our party.
TERRIBLE would never buy from again
