Easy hook up works great

La compré el 8 de julio y hasta ahora 10 de septiembre 2026 estoy muy satisfecha con ella. La he estado utilizando constantemente y ha funcionado muy bien en mi cafetería. Hace el hielo rápido, cumple con lo que promete y hasta el momento no he tenido ningún problema. Espero que siga así por mucho tiempo. Por ahora, excelente compra y totalmente recomendable.

We have absolutely no regrets in this purchase! It works great, was simple to set up - note below - and shipped quickly. I will say one thing though - the instructions said something along the lines of "if your machine is equipped with a filter" and we didn't know if we were supposed to have a filter - I reached out to customer service and they replied quickly but never actually answered my question. We got a cheap filter from Canadian Tire and installation was otherwise seamless.

Since I live on the lake with a boat, I do a lot of entertaining all summer. My refrigerator ice maker can't keep up for filling coolers so I had to buy bags of ice. This machine will probably pay for itself in one season. I easily installed it in the boat house without issues since I have a water hookup and just drain it into the lake. With a family of 6 we have run out of ice more times than I can count. Birthday parties, fishing trips, camping, amusement park days, we are constantly needing bulk ice and constantly making last minute store runs for bags of it. This solved all of that. We already had an unused water line from when we finished our basement so installation was not bad at all. It runs quietly which I was not expecting and having a constant supply of ice on hand has already changed how we do things around here. 130 pounds a day is no joke. We are never running out again.

Buy it you won’t be disappointed. First it’s simple to set up and use. The instructions are very easy to understand. Plumb it in and plug it in. Programming it is simple. Cleaning and minting is equally easy. Hot soapy water and you’re good to go. It runs fairly quiet for what it does. It makes ice fast and does seem to retain the cold for a long time. The internal parts are very good and well made. The cabinet is nice and easy to maintain. This is well worth the price.
