I bought this machine right before my double hip replacement. I have two cryotherapy machines to manage swelling. Between my two therapy machines I use 50-60 lbs of ice per day. This little machine kept up, no problem. I have it running from 5 gallon jugs since it’s a temporary installation. The only com is that the instructions are quite poor. They are clearly a poor translation from Chinese. That being said, this little ice machine is a trooper!

This machine was exceptionally easy to setup and use. Very pleased.

Overall very pleased with this ice maker. Runs relatively quiet and produces ice very quick. Easy to install and setup. Shipping was on time as stated when I ordered. I would recommend this ice maker to anyone looking for a mid size machine for their home or small business.

Livree en 4 jours instzllee en 5 minutes premiers glaçons apres 10 minutes , pleine en 1h30 2h , super produit rien a redire rt prix defiant toutes le machines pro tout en etant bien plus efficiente

I bought this to take to the Outerbanks on a camping trip. I like the 5 gallon water pump option, Doesn'tneed to be hooked up to a constant water supply. It worked very well for us

Makes ice fast but stores less than advertised, won't quite fill up a 20 pound bag.

This thing cranks out ice. However….. the box isn’t super well insulated so I get a lot of melt. I also had to create a catch pan and pump out system because this one uses forced water. The box fills halfway and then the next ice push sits on the level detector and it won’t make anymore until it melts down. I’ve been keeping and eye on it and bust the chunks and keep it flowing and then bag it out, you just have to watch it. Overall, super happy with it, I have 300lbs of ice in my freezer for when I need it now.

Ya recibí mi orden todo bien gracias aunque demoró un poco!!?😌

Overall great purchase. We use it for outdoor events at home. Easy to assemble. We have ours connected to the outside water hose. This does require purchasing an adapter for the outdoor faucet. Originally the thickness of the ice was a problem because it stayed in blocks when it fell and the guest would have to constantly break it apart. I adjusted the thickness to -3 using the minus button on the machine. Worked perfectly! Now each cube drops separately and no more breaking cubes. We use it outdoors in a shaded area of the outdoor kitchen and ice holds fine even in Louisiana heat. I purchased ice bags from on line and store the extra ice or prepare a few bags before an event to ice drinks. The capacity says 33lbs. I usually fill a 20lb ice bag with some left in the ice maker. Some come with a filter if you will use it for drinks. If yours doesn't come with filter one can be purchased at the home supply stores for @$15. I have used the clean cycle but really prefer to clean myself using vinegar and water after dumping out excess chamber water that is left in the tray. It only sits @ 33in off the floor so may be a little uncomfortable for taller guest but you can always sit it up higher on a box stand. Otherwise great convenient purchase.

It makes hard ice. I had a little trouble with it at first because I have too much water pressure in my shop. Turned the supply valve down and problem solved. We have the unit turned to about 90% from max being we primarily fill water coolers with it. If you're looking for household ice you might turn down the hard freeze setting to make better cubes as the way we have it set it's more like cubed sheets. Very happy for the price point, I couldn't even have a repair guy look at my old unit for less than $150.
