Not good the compressor is sweating to much

Commissioned ice machine the end of June and has worked very well until mid August when the water pump seized. The lower shaft bearing is full of rust, this bearing is above the water held in the pump reservoir so it doesn't get wet. However it's an ice machine so there's lots of moisture which the all steel bearing could not handle. Been waiting 5 days now for Vevor to let me know when or if they're sending a new pump. Not impressed with their customer service at all.

This ice maker is substantially louder than the others I have bought. Work good just sounds like a jet taking off at the airport. Wouldn’t purchase again

No good customer service received damage package and replacement or refund no buddy contact file a clam week a go.

Was shipped the wrong item ordered 2 ice machines only got one the second ice head is not an ice head I have ordered several of these in the past to know what the box looks like. Currently talking to customer support to resolve this. I would appreciate your f the ice head is shipped out asap

This ice machine is the worst. Even when it says it is 100% full, it continues to make ice and spills it all over the floor. On top of it not performing well, working with customer service is a joke and nobody wants to help you. Do not buy this product.
