La machine a glacon est censé pouvoir etre réglé de 15 a - 7. Donc de glacon epais a fin. Faisant très chaud j ai voulu des glacon epais pour be pas qu ils fondent rapidement donc machine réglé a 15. A la place de gla on, j ai eu des plaquettes difficile a séparer. Apres avoir baissé plusieurs fois, j ai contacté le sav. Qui m ont dit de réglé entre 0 et -2. Mais la encore a -2, il y a des plaquettes certes plus facile a casser. Mais aussi des glaçons qui fondent très vite. J ai recontacte le sav qui m ont dit que c etait comme ca et pas autrement. Conclusion, c est une machine chere pour une très mauvaise qualité. Vraiment decus par vevor, les promesses ne sont pas au rendez-vous.

Vevor is not honest with their product. They referenced it works with bottled water, this is not true as their customer support is well aware of. The unit is garbage and cannot be installed. Does not work. And Vevor has not provided any assistance. If you need an ice maker buy elsewhere

I purchased this ice machine for our home. When I received it I set it up according to the book. The machine would come on and run but not cool. I went through every step in the book and still the water doesn't even begin to cool. That's the good part of the story. I mean I get it sometime electronic things don't work. Im fine with that. Just send me one that does. So I contacted vevor that night through their little AI chat, wich is a complete joke! It took one week to get a response out of the vevor support team. They wanted me to hire a repairman to fix it! Absolutely not! Im not hiring a repairman to fix a brand new ice machine that was dead on arrival. So now I've filed a dispute through pay pal and have not got a resolution yet. Long story short DO NOT ORDER THROUGH VEVOR!

I have a non working ice machine. I have emailed back and forth with support over the past week plus. New ice machine is not working. Why won’t you send a replacement and take this one back? Support Wanted me to open unit up and check fan and refrigerant charge? Why would someone suggest that on a new machine ? I would never buy a Vevor again. Customer service is the worst in the world, you cannot get a live person and they will tell you thye 48 hour just to respond. Horrible !!!!!
