Purchased this ice maker....received it in a few days. Pulled it out of the box and it did not work. Vevors customer service is terrible. There is no phone number to call. Everything is done via email. There response time is terrible. I have been waiting for a response with no answers. Great products but pray you dont have any issues. Customer service and/or solving a problem is terrible.

It doesnt work.

Bought it, plugged it in, it made ice, but will not keep it frozen overnight. It thaws and has water in ice tray and below it also. Not happy with it at all. You refunded my money and told me to keep it. I’ll be throwing it out since it does not work properly. It took me contacting my state attorney general’s office to find out how to get a response from your customer service team after multiple emails. I send pictures of everything you asked for. Not happy with your Vevor at all.

Did not work period. Your support team sucks dicks wanted to return and offered me 47 Bucks for something I gave 156 bucks for. Finally they send me Info on return but they made it where I can’t print the shipping labels. I will never buy a damn thing from yall period and will make sure they on Facebook and Instagram they yall are very unreliable and do not stand behind y’all’s stuff period

Didn't even work and it's new and haven't gotten my replacement and still got & being charged. Not happy with vevors customer service either

Our old ice machine couldn't keep up with our needs, well we bought this little unit and it doesn't disappoint. This machine is fast, it makes way more ice than we need and now have a surplus, we are now a family of three and it's more than fast enough for us. When we were a family of seven this machine would still keep up. I definitely recommend this ice machine. The only down fall is the poorly written Manuel, but its self explanatory, oh and temp display is in Celsius but that doesn't bother me.

La machine fonctionne bien le réservoir d’eau est grand mais ça sort un bloc de 24 glaçons accroché ensemble Et non pas des glaçons séparé je suis déçus De plus il est écrit taille des glaçons réglable or on ne peux rien réglé

Product requires to be moved to access top water fill area via panel. It is taller than expected given that need. I have not used th item and it is in original packaging. Have been trying to return but service is not great via a web platform. I have still to get a return label and am having to chat back and forth to get it. Not customer friendly.
