The product is what you pay for. Very cheap price, very cheap product. Cons: Rubber base piece is not fastened on. Bottom plate is very thin and over time it will warp leading to uneven pressure. Pros: Price. Warranty.

This was poorly made. It’s so wobbly and when I got it there were goops of stuff in parts of it. Overall not a well made machine. I prefer my old one over this one for sure. I bought thinking it would be great and I thought the deal was great but was disappointed in its overall quality. Very poor.

don't buy this heat press quality is very poor. customer service is also very poor . if you get any damage product . they will not replace it .

Leider wie üblich nur China Schrott. Temperaturanzeige zeigt ganze 40°! zu wenig an, ergo 165° eingestellt., tatsächlich Platte nur 125°!! heiß, logisch die ersten Drucke versaut, da zu KALT. Schwenkarm nach außen lässt die Presse kippen, da der Fuss zu klein, zu schmal, muss an Tisch verschraubt werden. Ägere mich maßlos, dieses Teil gekauft zu haben. Absolut UNPROFESSIONELLES GERÄT!

Very easy to assemble but unfortunately, I can't use injst transfers. It requires sublimation ink which is a special printer. I was only planning on using for prototyping and in turn would be having Printify produce the items. That being said, I can't use it without getting the correct transfers. What's the worst that can happen if I use inkjet transfers. My rating is not based on being able to uses it yet

You get what you pay for.... Very lightweight, the main shaft bends when you use it. You have to tighten it every use and loosen it to swing the arm away It does work but takes patience compared to a more expensive model

It hasn’t worked right since I received it, and unable to use after trying to use it. The temperature won’t get above 200, and my first project it literally burned the image and transfer paper to the mouse pad. The temperature fluctuates as it tries to heat up. It is the worst 200 dollars I ever spent. It has been so frustrating and unenjoyable. I have sent emails about what to do to return it and haven’t heard anything back, and no phone number to call anyone either. Extremely disappointed. Bolt loosened and leaves press swinging flimsy like rather than clam shell motion. Makes working very difficult and time consuming...

The element clicks loudly when heating up. It clicks continually because the press has to keep heating up when you are using it. It's very annoying.
