I have done several things in mine and it is easy. I wish that it would go a little lower than 86 degree's as I think it would be better for drying my pasta. The only problem if the latch could be better.

This thing is a game changer for jerky. Holds 5 lbs of meat on the 10’trays. Even heat distribution and the fan disburses the moisture. Actually gonna buy another one. Price is great for 1000w u it with 10 trays.

I purchased one of these on a whim due to constantly being out of room in my round dehydrators. I regret not starting with one of these! Works like a dream and super easy to use. I will 100% be buying more!

This machine works excellent at a fraction of the cost of more expensive dehydrators. In my opinion, this unit has way more air flow and features than others. The stainless steel construction makes cleanup a breeze.
