It works, but I find the fluctuation in temperature a bit wide, if set at 185 degrees F. it goes up to 186 degrees F and goes down to 167 degrees F which does the job for dehydrating. If it had a bit of insulation, it would work better for what I do. Good enough for the price.

Great countertop, commercial grade machine. Only 4 stars because light didn’t work. They gave me option of returning it or $90 refund to fix myself.

Seems to work pretty good. No complaints and it dries everything very evenly.

Nothing in this price range can compete at all, it's been a workhorse since day one. One small issue is that the middle trays get the most airflow and heat so they will dehydrate faster than the top and bottom trays.

We bought this dehydrator over a year ago and it's still working great. Have dehydrated apples, bananas and many more fruits etc.. only gripe I can possibly make is the material can dent easily.

Its ok, the cook book that can with it was limited and was mostly for Asian food, disappointing. I expected more.

There's no package list, so have to figure out what stuff is for. Example silicon tray which I figured out is for making fruit lether, I think. Customer service tried but couldn't answer that question or if trays were dishwasher safe. Customer service did try hard but I think they must have been A.I. Over all this is a first time dehydrating, so it does seem to work good. An internal temp gage to check actuall temp would be nice, but easly fixed by placing a temp gauge inside, which I did proving the thermostat is accurate.

Love love love this machine. I can dehydrate anything and everything it's easy to use and easy to clean would definitely buy this again

The unit arrived and it was all bent to hell, inside, I took off the back panel with million screws straiten out the back cage the fan was also not spinning because it was bent, after I straiten everhrhing out and out it back together works great. Didn't want to have to send it back and loose more time not being able to make beef jerky, so I fixed it and it's working great, made salmon jerky.

This machine works great. It is great quality and has even heating! i am very happy with my purchase.
