The machine has stopped producing ice every 2 months or so for us. The first time I asked for assistance from customer service, they just sent a new motor for me to replace myself. While this did fix the machine for a time, there was no response to keep it from happening again and they completely ignored my request for suggestions to keep it functional. Of course it gave out again and now are not responding to my requests for a return/refund.

Bought it, installed few week ago and it quit working. Look for some assistance and it took them a week to respond then they have the nerve to tell me the case will be closed with no resolve. They sell cheap junk.

Makes sheets of ice that have to be broken down instead of individual ice cubes

So far the machine works, but I have not been able to get support to help me change the ice cube size. When the cycle drops the cubes they do not break apart so they drop as a sheet of ice that you have to break up. For some reason, tech-support cannot figure out that I just need help with the settings.

I am wondering if this is under warranty I bought it September of this year and it appears that the motor pump quit working

BROKE after 6 months and again 11 months in!!! Poor quality and impossible to fix, this is my 2nd machine purchased from VEVOR!! Low quality and hard to get customer support.

Disappointed in the performance and ice quality. Poor overall design. Ice has no room to free fall to break into cubes. Constantly need to break ice apart with scoop. Scoop hook is too low and causes scoop to fall off into the bin. No room for scoop to hang. Calling Vevor to return.

5 months into operation and the thing has stopped working. I bought the 3-year protection plan and have submitted a claim. We will see how Vevor does on it. 1st time I have tried to use a protection plan on Vevor.

We purchased this unit as a source for recreational ice - an occasional cooler filler, drinks and such. The machine hooked up easily and functioned as advertised for about 2 months. The water supply is filtered and the water source is domestic (from a municipal water company). Unfortunately, it simply stopped making ice. We unplugged it and will report the failure to Vevor. We have purchased several products and are happy with their performance.
