I purchased this machine to provide me with ice for fishing trips and for summertime parties. I was at first reluctant because I thought I should go with one of the big commercial names to avoid having any problems. I noticed that a three year extended warranty was offered so I figured let’s go for it. I was very pleasantly surprised when the machine came to the house. It is a very good looking appliance, very neat and clean. The setup was very easy plug-in play and it started producing ice right away. I’ve had it running now for about two months and I can’t really complain about too much. I did go ahead and get some automotive weatherstripping and make a gasket seal on the door of the icemaker and use Velcro to hold it more securely shut, which has led to a much longer ice retention time. That was the only reason I gave it four stars for features because it did not come with that seal. The ice is nice and clean as I have it running through a good quality water filter. I would recommend the product if you’re looking for a budget friendly icemaker and I’ve only ran it for two months so I can only speak to the experience I’ve had for that amount of time. I will say up to this point I am very pleasantly surprised.

This thing was easy to install, stayed making ice really quick and hold a ton of ice. I love the stainless steel cover. Does not feel cheap whatsoever. Highly recommend.

I had one before and it was a work horse.. Coming into summer we needed to Vevor again. The machine was easy to set up and start up. The pricing was on the spot.
