We purchased this machine for use in our general store and overall have been quite happy with it. For the price, it offers a lot of the features you would expect from a considerably more expensive commercial soft serve machine. Once properly set up and adjusted, it produces a nice, consistent soft serve and has handled our customer demand well. Having two flavours plus the twist option is a big advantage, and the controls are fairly straightforward once you become familiar with them. The pre-cooling feature is also useful, and the machine has plenty of capacity for our operation. Cleaning and disassembly take some time, as you would expect with any commercial soft serve machine, but after you establish a routine it isn't difficult. The main reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the documentation and instructions. They could be much clearer and more detailed, particularly for first-time commercial soft serve machine owners. There is definitely some trial and error involved in getting the settings, consistency and operating procedures figured out. Overall, though, we have been impressed with the machine for the money. It has allowed us to offer soft serve without the much larger investment required for some of the major commercial brands. If you're willing to spend a little time learning the machine and getting your settings dialed in, it represents very good value.

Wonderful unit have ice cream in 20 minutes. Very easy to clean. Only think is to make sure you have a dedicated power source with at least 20 amp breaker as it will trip a 15 amp especially if there are other items in the circuit

Love the Ice Cream Machine.. Great Price .. Good Quality.. Only issue is that it came damaged when in transit .. Vevor Payed Money to have it fixed .. Would Definitely recommend Vevor Products to anyone.. Better shipping would be an asset though

This is a pretty good machine. After 3-4 cones per side it does need to freeze for another 5 minutes if using a regular mix. If the mix has less cream it does freeze faster and produces more, but still does not produce quickly enough.
