Had it no more than 3 months now and it has been nothing but problems. Again, less than 3 months and I've cleaned it weekly and installed a filter directly before it. It now screams at random times. Absolute junk. I rarely give reviews after I've owned something a while, but for this price, it is junk. DON'T BUY!

Buyer Beware!!!! Worst Customer Service Ever!!! If you even thing of returning it they will try and offer you money to keep it and then tell you that nothing can be returned. My shipment came from City of Industry Cali and told me it had to be returned from China. I WILL NEVER PURCHACE ANOTHER ITEM FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!! This ice maker I bought was too small all I wanted to do was to return it and buy a larger one from them, and it has turned into the biggest hassle ever!

I bought this 3 months ago and it is broken. It is leaking all over the place and won’t hold water anymore. This is my second machine. The previous one lasted 3 years. I’m hoping they make good on their warranty because I’m very upset.
