Fior my son’s 15th birthday , I decided to give him from VEVOR Fried Ice Cream Roll Machine , we were so excited we set everything up that day It was the perfect size,.super easy to clean, not loud at all, which I loved ! The tools that came with it was high-quality and durable. I would definitely recommend..

We are serving overseas and my daughter saw one of these at a festival while we were on home leave, she REALLY wanted one. I couldn't find anyone, and I do mean ANY other company to ship one overseas via military mail (which is crazy because it's an American address!). All the big stores, even that company that sells everything that shall not be named. I decided to try right from the manufacturer, you, Vevor! I couldn't believe you were willing to do it and I am like in tears of happiness that you were willing to do that for us. It arrived in absolutely perfect shape, not even a ding on the shipping box. I tested it out and it works absolutely perfect! No issues at all. I cannot wait to wrap it up and put it under the tree from Santa for her. ALL the kids at post are going to freak out over her gift this year! I cannot thank you enough!

Works good had no issues we will see after a few months. Its quite will say that. Could use it at night and not wake people up. Like that time I made milk shakes at 3am.

I never received it. You sent some wire stripper machine that I did not order. I'm not satisfied with that either. I would still like to order the Fried Ice Cream Roll Machine, but I'm afraid you will send me another wire stripper. Something is cross wired with your sophisticated software guys. If there is a HUMAN with some brains and common sense working in customer service, I'm still interested and available, just call or text me. Martin thank you.

Item does not work. Compressor/fan (something loud) turns on but the top surface does not change, temp remains as if not powered on. Tried several times to use with no luck. Wasted time and money on ingredients. This was a holiday present to the kids. Sadly, it does not work. Currently waiting for vevor to address the problem.
