📌 Title: Do Not Waste Your Money! Arrived Broken, Defective, and Unusable.Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 out of 5 stars). Review: Save your hard-earned money and look elsewhere—this machine is an absolute disaster straight out of the box. First, the quality control is nonexistent. There is a permanent, noticeable gap in the handle where it was improperly assembled at the factory, meaning it isn't even completely sealed. Unbelievably, the hard plastic carrying case it arrived in has the same structural gap, showing a total lack of manufacturing quality. Mechanically, the jackhammer is fundamentally broken. The performance is highly inconsistent; when it actually strikes, it makes a normal loud noise, but it constantly cuts out and makes a muffled, empty noise without jackhammering anything. On top of that, it gets hot incredibly fast, forcing you to constantly shut it down to let it cool, creating a massive safety hazard. To make matters worse, it arrived with an empty oil container. The instruction manual is entirely useless and unclear, and VEVOR provides zero real setup videos. I cannot even find or read the oil gauge on this unit.VEVOR promises a "30-day no-hassle return," and I am currently forcing them to honor it. Do not risk your time or money on this frustrating, defective product!

je ne trouve pas la facture

No oil incluided for the tool, Leaks from the oil hole; the hammer sleeps fron the gear, you have to push it in a lot to force it to catch the gear to move; otherwise, it jst spins and the hammer does not move at all, the handle is very hard to grip, it is strong when it works but very heavy, you get what you paid for.

Jack hammer burnt through brushes in the first two days and melted the plastic housing.

Hammer is good, worked well BUT the chisels that come with it are not tempered and the tips break and wear down very easily. 2hours use on pool deck concrete and the pointed tip was squared off and the chisel tip had broke off.

Case was broken on when open the boxe, try yo contact sellet several times without reply.

When it works it works good

Product works as described. The point chisel bit broke right away. So that’s disappointing, and the handle doesn’t tighten enough to stay put

heureusement que j"ai regarde le niveau d'huile il n'y a pas d'huile
