After it stopped working for the first two hours. Contacted Vevor’s ” customer service.” and have been jumping through hoops to get a resolution with a refund or replacement.

Au bout de 8h d utilisation, le marteau piqueur fuit déjà l huile, elle coule sur le broche... Default de fabrication ou simplement du jetable ? Dommage car sinon le marteau piqueur a une bonne force de frappe et fonctionne correctement. Garantie 1ans normalement, est ce que ce genre de désagrément est prit en charge ?

Pretty terrible jack hammer, Claims to have nearly twice as much impact energy as the Hilti TE2000 that ive used in the past. Id guess it only has half. Has problems with Jamming as well. It might be a good jack hammer for someone who has never used one before, slightly better than a sledge hammer. Renting would have been better

When I ordered this I never imagined how bulky and impossible to use this thing is. It is much more awkward to use and bulky than I ever would have imagined. They claim they do "free returns" but that is very misleading. I've been emailing back and forth with them and all they will tell me is that they want " more pictures". So I'm stuck with a brand new jackhammer that I will never be able to use.

When it came, it looked like it could be a good tool. However I didn't anticipate it'd be a great tool. But I did expect it to last longer than 2 days before the motor burned out. Shoulda known better read the reviews from other people. Not even going to try to get my money back. Won't make that mistake again.

this product is extremely dangerous. do not buy this. has serious design flaw. force of hammer impact directs back toward operator, not concrete. add to that, bit lock instantly vibrates to unlock position at first impact. this jack hammer could cause a very bad injury to operator.

Hammer actually works pretty good. But it has a thermal trip feature that shuts it off after 13-15 minutes use! It takes ay least 30 minutes to cool off enough to run again. Each thermal trip comes after a shorter and shorter use period. I could not recommend buying this hammer if you actually need to USE it as a demolition hammer!
