After opening the box, the item had a cracked seal, (o ring) and hydraulic oil leaked out. Unable to use until i get a replacement seal and more hydraulic oil.

I never received the Jack Hammer. When my credit came through it was less than I paid. Not Happy!

Did not come with the shovel attachments and that’s why I needed it

I bought this after reading reviews. It will NOT take a standard hex bit. The bit has to be round at the end. And if you drop the bit on concrete by accident, it will break in half. I'm trying to figure out a return now.

This demolition tool looks very good and is reasonably priced, but the day it arrived, the box it came in was broken inside. We used it very little on a small wall that was 2 feet long and 1 foot high made of brick. The second time we used it, we cut a 2" by 1" wide slab edge. Before that, I made a cut with a disc, and it started leaking oil from the chisel. It's a terrible tool. Honestly, I won't buy it again. As they say, cheap costs expensive. You have to buy good brands. This one is useless and a waste of money

Unit failed after 40 minutes of use. So far the customer service people are non-responsive to my request for return of the item for a full refund. Do not buy direct from VEVOR. Great price if you are looking to get ripped off.

Works good but don’t expect them to let you return any of their products. They will just tell you to calibrate it or something of the sort and keep pulling you along for weeks.
