I'll be thorough since there's only one review. I'll put a couple of assembly tips specific to this product at the bottom if you don't want to read all of this. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the table, after the hard-won victory of actually putting it together. 4 instead of 5 stars because the assembly was an undertaking. Pros: It arrived well-packaged. Assembled table is just as pictured. Spare fasteners, etc, were included. It is very sturdy and the pieces are pretty solid--heavier than I anticipated. The laminate is surprisingly thick, but would scratch, of course, so I put glass on the top to protect it. I love that it has REAL drawers, not fabric, though they are a little smaller than I expected based on the external dimensions. I also love that it has metal drawer slides, which are smooth and quiet. I absolutely love that the "finish" on it is a warm walnut rather than all the sad gray "farmhouse" stuff out there. Cons: -The assembly directions are terrible. I mean, probably the worst I've ever seen. No words, and the images are not clear, literally, as in the print job is not good, and also they leave out a lot of details that you will have to figure out yourself. If you are inexperienced in assembling furniture, this is probably not for you. This table is small, but it personally took me like half a day to put it together. You might be quicker, but this was a challenge. Whatever the drawer slides are oiled with gets everywhere. It's really excessive. I had to use Dawn to get the fingerprints off the table and get it off my hands. I would recommend using gloves when you handle the slides to keep your hands clean and the mess to a minimum. Have a cloth or paper towels handy. It came off of the furniture more easily than my hands, but Dawn did the trick in both cases. The knobs look pretty cheap, actually much more so than the table itself. I switched mine out. Tips: -Unscrew the plastic part from the metal on the little post fasteners (pictured). Then pop the
