Saw quit after about 5 uses. Send email to vevor no help at all. Had to order a spark plug and got it back going. Had to adjust carb as well.

I bought the Vevor chainsaw and love it. The only thing missing is the spike dog next to the bar for support. Can they be purchased?

Chainsaw would not crank initially after multiple attempts. I followed all instructions to the “T”, had correct fuel and mix, etc. It didn’t seem to even fire. I tried a few days later and finally got it cranked. It ran exceptionally good once cranked, even compared to a Huskvarna I own. The following day it was back to not cranking. Again after a couple days it cranked and has cranked fairly easy thereafter. Again it performs well once cranked! I’m still not sure what the issue is/was but it was very frustrating !

Got it put it together and everything filled it with the fuel and pulled for about 2 days couldn’t get it to stay running and where the pull cord goes back into the cord reel it has start to run and eat at the housing now it’s just sits in the back of my garage cause it will not start

I can't give a review on how this saw works, as when I attempted to start it, it would not run. After looking into the saw, I found the was no spark getting to the spark plug. After contacting VEVOR customer service, I was given instructions to watch a short video on the operation of the saw, which I did. I had already done all of that. I have had many chainsaws over the years, Currently own a BIG name brand saw. This saw was going to be my backup saw and the saw I would carry with me on my tractor. Customer service was quite prompt in getting back to me, and after exhausting their efforts, offered and started the proceeding to give me a full refund. Customer service is fantastic, although some slight communication barriers, but great nonetheless. As far as the saw... I liked it, liked the tools and accessories that came with it, but with it not starting I cannot accurately rate it. Perhaps I got the rare oddity that was messed up. I guess I will not know.

It works fine straight up but when I turn it on it's side the engine dies and it's hard to restart

Customer Service very disappointed with can not talk to anyone so if you have a problem and you want to talk to someone you are going to do it by E mail or chat. I was trying to find a replacement chain and have not received an answer yet. I however found it myself. Oregan has replacement chains for these saws. These saws. I have 2 of these saws both of them are running rough after a short period of time but you get what you pay for. If you are going to use a saw a lot go buy a good saw. If it is just for around the house for trimming a tree here and there this is the saw for you. I cut firewood to heat with in the winter so these two saws have became backups because they are not reliable to me. I had to go buy a Stihl to get the job done.

I finally got it to start- it leaks oil i think it was a mistake getting it.

Directions to assemble are bad and hard to figure out

So I was having high hopes for this saw. I have purchased the Vevor backpack leafblower and have had no problems with it. I purchased new 100% gas and a can of oil. Filled leaf blower and the New Vevor chainsaw. Started on 5-6 pull! Awesome. Ran saw like they said, half throttle first 15 or so cuts. Set it down. Start piling limbs. Go to start it, won't start. Finally get it started with choke on and go to cut and it would die. Pulled the plug out and checked it. Its clean. Check air filter it's good. Go to top it off with gas and notice big puddle of oil on the concrete. Top both of them off still doing same thing. Went to get the saw off the ground and my wife says "is that thing spraying gas out around the fuel cap"? Yep, sure enough. I've reached out to Vevor and the response I got was 1. You need to make sure it's got gas in it! 2. This chainsaw has an automatic oiler and is customary for it to leak a little. So, I did buy the extended warranty for this and all I get from them so far is "you got gas in it"? Y'all take this with a grain of salt. Hopefully they will refund or replace this thing. If not I'll go buy a Sthil. Tried to upload pics and videos but it won't upload.
