Waiting to hear back regarding a quality issue! Was told that I would get an email addressing my concern! Saw does not run at idle, hard to restart, i assume low speed jet is plugged in carburetor! Need to hear back for warranty.

Chainsaw leaks chain oil and gas from inside case. Drains out the bottom of the housing. The saw was only used a couple of times before this started. Vevor has been terrible about responding to the issue. I would not buy from them again at this point.
I tried to upload a picture if the chainsaw but the site didn't allow it.

Quentin Doesn't work
52 cc-45,7 cm
Won't rev up, won't restart after refilling with fuel. Local small engine shop said that the high adjustment is stripped/ bent so it will not hold position. Customer service is a hassle, they keep requesting pictures and i keep sending them, getting nowhere. I will say that I also purchased the 12" and it works great.

John Pierce Never Received
52 cc-45,7 cm
Never Received the chainsaw so I couldn't tell you whether it's a good or bad one. All I can say is the the customer service isn't anything to brag about. I did finally receive my refund. I had planned to buy a truck bed cover for my truck but after this experience I am alittle bit guarded about buying anything else from VEVOR!
