à réception colis intact, montage, remplissage des réservoirs. Impossible de démarrer . J'ai tout essayé et ce n'est pas ma première tronçonneuse donc j'ai tout regardé y compris le frein de chaîne. Après vérif pas d'étincelle à la bougie. Et pas de réponse à mon mail au service client . Zéro le service après-vente Vévor !!!

First time I am not happy with Vevor product. So far I bought plenty of things but this chainsaw receives just one star. Hard to start from very beginning even if I did exact procedure according to instruction. When it started (thanks to some miracle) it worked up to 3 minutes and died... no chance to start it again. Rubbish.

J'ai bien reçu ma commande hier par DPD.
J'ai assemblé la tronçonneuse conformément au manuel d'utilisation et je l'ai remplie d'huile de chaîne et d'essence pour moteur 2 temps. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas réussi à la démarrer. J'ai finalement retiré la bougie et constaté que, bien que le moteur soit alimenté en carburant, l'étincelle ne se produit pas. Les vis platinées sont correctement réglées, mais il n'y a tout simplement pas d'étincelle. Je souhaite donc vous retourner la tronçonneuse, mais elle contient maintenant de l'huile et de l'essence. Pourriez-vous me conseiller sur la marche à suivre ?

Dan Chainsaw's tensioner system did not work, saw unusable

They sent a chainsaw with a bad chain tensioner where the hole in the guide bar does not line up with the tensioner screw. Due to this issue you simply cannot tighten the chain properly. I sent vevor all the photos of the issue and they simply keep giving me vague instructions how to use the chainsaw, I'm an experienced chainsaw user for many years and know a faulty saw when see one. They simply don't want to honor their return policy. I will not buy any power equipment from vevor again based on this experience.

Springt nicht an. Zündfunke ist kaum wahrnehmbar.
Da ich vom Fach bin kann ich sagen das eine Qualitätskontrolle nicht stattfindet, genauso wenig eine Funktionskontrolle.

Vevor sent me a defective chainsaw. Right out of the box I had trouble assembling it due to a cover issue. The brake was stuck and didn't work either. I wanted to send it back for a refund and instead of telling me where to send it back to they have me waiting for a repair ticket.... I will never buy anything from this company again

Havnt started once, tried everything. And no im not an idiot, i know how a motor works and what fuel it should have. Complete junk wich is to bad cause i have other vevor products that work just fine. Do not recommend this chainsaw.

No arranca cuesta una barbaridad, cuando arranca va bien pero de repente se para y deja de funcionar y no hay manera de volver a que arranque.. yo no la volvería a comprar
Usada en 4 árboles y no hay dios que la arranque
