I bought a chainsaw from this company and used it one time and then stored it in my shop waiting for this time of year to get it out to start pruning trees back. I bought it in April and I have had to fight to get any kind of response from them. They keep telling me that I need to send videos of me starting it to them. It wont start I have pulled it and pulled it. So you will be on your own if it messes up have not spoken to a real person yet. I had started buying this brand because I do work around my home and thought it was a good brand for that small work around here. I have a auger and come a long but after this I will not buy from this company again. Don't listen to the warranty lies on there products

Pull cord spring broke 3 time I used the saw.

am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with the product. Despite repeated attempts to power it on and extensive troubleshooting, the device remains unresponsive. I have exhausted all options and determined it is non-functional.

Springt nicht an. Zündfunke ist kaum wahrnehmbar. Da ich vom Fach bin kann ich sagen das eine Qualitätskontrolle nicht stattfindet, genauso wenig eine Funktionskontrolle. Nicht zu empfehlen

Havnt started once, tried everything. And no im not an idiot, i know how a motor works and what fuel it should have. Complete junk wich is to bad cause i have other vevor products that work just fine. Do not recommend this chainsaw.

No arranca cuesta una barbaridad, cuando arranca va bien pero de repente se para y deja de funcionar y no hay manera de volver a que arranque.. yo no la volvería a comprar Usada en 4 árboles y no hay dios que la arranque

This was something my husband saw and looking at the reviews he thought it would be a good purchase. He thought if he could at least 2-3 days out of it, it would pay for itself as compared to getting a rental at Home Depot. Once he opened the box to assemble, the housing cover was difficult to remove, and next to impossible to put back on. The metal ring inside of the cover was oval shaped instead of circular which would not go back on. Once he was able to finally get it on after a lot of manipulation, he could not get the chainsaw to start. He spent over an hour and went online and was very mad to see and hear from other videos posted about the same issue he was having. Then he finds out a large majority of the reviews are paid reviews. This is when he decided he wanted to return and get something reputable that he knows will start and not leave him stranded in a tree. Don't purchase based on reviews alone. Research and find videos online that pertains to this product and derive your answers from there. This is from someone that never writes a review. I should have gone against him and just purchased the Stihl or Husqvarna I was going to get. You get what you pay for, and this too follows the saying.

This thing stinks. It's brand new and won't start. Support won't help. They have the worst support I have seen. I diagnosed it down to the point that gas is not reaching the cylinder. I tell them that but they don't respond.
