Chat) hieß es, ich soll den Artikel behalten oder entsorgen und man würde den Betrag vollständig gutschreiben. Letztendlich wurde aber nur ein kleiner Teilbetrag gutgeschrieben.

Die Bremse ist fehlerhaft montiert, so dass sie entweder schleift oder nicht bremst. Dementsprechend ist der Roller nicht funktionsfähig! Der Service hat anfänglich schnell auf meine Reklamation mit Nachfragen reagiert, jetzt bekomme ich aber seit drei Tagen keinerlei Antwort. Sehr ärgerlich!
