NickG Fitting the cutting blade to the spindle.

The cutting blade wouldn’t press home on the spindle due to a slightly raised ridge on the square mounting on the spindle. I filed the ridge off with a fine bastard cut file in 5 mins.
Absolutely no problem fitting the cutting blade now and just put 10 lbs of pork shoulder through the grinder and got a beautiful grind.

Amazing machine. Have done deer and whole beef. The beef gave it a work out. Ran almost 3.5hrs straight. Processed over 250 lbs twice. One course one fine. Gear box got warm enough to heat transfer into the auger and cook a little beef. Zero damage to the machine. Motor never got hot. Fed it pretty steady and it just ground it like nothing. Great machine. Highly recommend

I owed the size 12 previously and up graded to the size 32. This Thing is a beast, i feed my dogs a raw diet and do bone in chicken and turkey grinding. As fast as I stuff it in, the machine handles it easily.
some have mentioned the bottom of the main tube is difficult to clean. It is a blind hole, a brush makes the reach easier.
I have had this machine for a few months and highly recommend it.

It is very strong. Faaar larger than I thought which is my bad. But it is so strong and rugged that I didn't try to return it. It goes through meat like butter. And all the pieces are very strong and rugged.
It is very heavy. Plan to have a permanent spot for it. It seems to last a very long time. And the head is detachable so you can wash all the insides which is really good. Some grinders this size are not detachable.
