This heat gun didn't work out of the box. The trigger would not release, and the only way I could shut it off was to pull it out by hand while flame was shooting out of it. I contacted Vevor, they sent me some nonsense instructions, and then they sent me a video which was supposed to fix it, but didn't. I sent them as video to verify what was happening. They offered me a $25 credit, which obviously was not appropriate, and I refused. Then they offered me $20 for some reason. Obviously I refused that. Then they offered me $72 and said I could take it to a local shop for repair. I said I don't know of any propane-heat-shrink-gun repair shops in my city. This nonsense went back and forth for weeks, until I finally got my credit card company involved. I had purchased a few Vevor products in the past and was generally pleased. This experience has shown they are just another half-assed unscrupulous overseas scam company peddling cheap garbage, with zero business sense of acting in good faith.
