Normalerweise bin ich mit der Marke VEVOR sehr zufrieden, aber diesmal ist der Kran, den ich gekauft habe, nicht in Ordnung. Ich habe ihn gekauft, um damit einen Brunnen zu bauen. Als das Paket angekommen ist, habe ich es nicht geöffnet, sondern erst nach ungefähr zwei Monaten. Wie man auf dem Bild sehen kann, kann ich das Kabel nicht so verwenden, wie ich es möchte, und ich habe keine Lösung gefunden, um es auseinanderzubauen.

So far I'm really upset because they scheduled delivery and it's been 7 days and they still haven't delivered it. It's very bad for me; if it takes another day longer I'm going back to get my money back.

Received the hoist and it was damaged, contact vevor and have got absolutely no where in regards to returning it ,just a big run around, , it’s been over a week now and have got no where in regards
This company has zero customer service or support, I would highly recommend not dealing with them as it is apparent that if there is a issue they will not help you

The actual hoist is as expected. But the wire rope is super cheesy. It is a very fine stranding which seems to cause it to get tangled on the spool (even with constant tension). It tangles to the point that when lowering it, it starts raising again since the layers of rope get messed up on the spool. I tried to replace the cable with a much better one, but the unit is set up so replacement is not possible, or certainly not easy.
