I used this for a homemade elevator garage lift. Works great, it is noisy but for the price, it's a terrific deal.

I purchased the hoist around nine months ago. Upon assembly I discovered one of the mounting bolt holes was not threaded so I was unable to completely secure the hoist bracket. Because of the time elapsed after the purchase date, I was not eligible for a refund but I reached out to the company to explain what I had discovered and if a resolution would be considered. This company has a first rate customer service team, specifically Mona. My request was answered expeditiously with a fair outcome. My initial rating was only one star which I've amended to four solely on the basis of there support team.

The junction box was knocked off of the hoist, So I remounted it with longer screws and now it is functional. I mounted the hoist on a trolley that is mounted on an I-beam and it works as it should. I had to lengthen the power cord to go on the festoon. Just a note, the colors of the wires on the power cord are completely different than the ones in the US.

I would recommend this electric hoist to anyone who needs a small shop hoist easy to operate and very vestitile and woks well in tight spots

Sometimes it only goes in one direction and you have to tap on it to get it to work. It's very fast though.

Working well so far. Very heavy and solid. Mounting can be difficult and really no advice given. Customer service good but do not use the chat option. Satisfied for the price….. so far.

This is not a 2200 lb winch. It’s an 1100 lb winch with an included snatch block. To double the cable. Seems to work well enough in spite of this. The mounting hardware and how they expect you to mount this is crazy unless you have exposed rafters? Even at that point I think you’d have to buy longer bolts to make it work.

I told you guys since the beginning I want my money back I am not satisfied
