Set-up and operation is straightforward. I did have problems with my first purchase, whether from opening an added limit switch or frequent up and down maneuvers in initial testing, the hoist stopped working properly. I ordered a second unit and have had no problems so far, set up at 880# and typically lifting 300 to 500 lbs. It is rather loud but can tolerate that.

Bought this to raise laundry rack (high ceiling). The first one stopped working when doing initial testing. It would not start, looks like a wiring or defective capacitor. After messaging support, they sent a replacement and now works flawlessly.

Could not be happier. Customer service was outstanding Will definitely buy from Vevor again! Product was as advertised

+ Working as expected. + Easy to operate. + Long cable (about 3 meters) to the controls. - Powecabel should be a little longer. Quality? - One welded bolt where missing, Easy to fix. Worry pleased with the produkt.

This is not a 2200 lb winch. It’s an 1100 lb winch with an included snatch block. To double the cable. Seems to work well enough in spite of this. The mounting hardware and how they expect you to mount this is crazy unless you have exposed rafters? Even at that point I think you’d have to buy longer bolts to make it work.

Gekocht voor slecht 1x gebruik.

Leveransen kom aldrig fram.

The hoist is fine, and works well, but it arrived with a nasty kink in the cable, and customer service is giving me an absolute runaround. They offered me $20 to buy and install a new cable, then $32, and now say, after review, that the cable is usable!
