I love the remote feature. It holds pairing very well. I have it set up to hoist things up to the third story of a construction site. I can start the hoist on the top floor, walk down to the bottom with the remote hanging from its lanyard around my neck, and it still has pairing to run the hoist when I get to the ground level. A note though. When you rig up the hoist, you have to rig it so it stays level, or the wire will not spool up correctly on the drum. My original beam trolley would rock back when there was no load, due to the weight of the motor. I had to change to a longer trolley with three pairs of wheels and an idler cam on the bottom to keep it level regardless of the load.

Has a short or a loose connection between remote control box and winch. The down function doesn’t always work.

Absolutely cannot beat this product for the price. Well done Vevor!!! Works as it should with the handy dandy remote, I did however waterproof the gasket over the plastic brain box that holds the wiring and such. I also find the cable has memory and its best to leave a bit of wait on it, so it doesn't uncoil all over the place. Thats the biggest draw back for sure.

As stated with the trolley, the overall lifting height is reduced by 24 inches. It functions like it is supposed to, but negates the purpose of having the hoist if you can't lift it up.

1. I did not get the bracket or the screws to properly install the control box per the video. 2. I also did not get an owners manual for the 2200 model. 3. Also I did not get the pully hook so that I can double my loads and speed. Please Help!!!
