Le produit est globalement bon, fonctionne bien malgré une livraison catastrophique. Le colis a été balancé au dessus d’un portail de 2m sans appel, ni avis du livreur. le boîtier électrique cassé, un composant abîmé à l’intérieur. Il serrait temps de changer de transporteur, ou de rappeler à DPD que les colis ça se livre, ça se balance pas chez les gens surtout vu le poids du truc. Dommage car les produits Vevor sont intéressant.

The crane has been disappointing as the electric motor has started making extremely loud noises as it struggles to pick up weight after about 3 weeks of use. We have used similar cranes in the past from other brands that have had much more success. The wireless pendant is a nice feature for this crane and installation was simple.

contacted vevor several times to purchase a trolley for my pa800.instead of giving me a part number for a trolley they sent me a explanation of a trolley and how it would help me.i since did my own research and purchased one from a better source.

The side with the lack of tape is the side that contains the damaged. I believe that is just poor interior protection that lead to the damage. It’s a heavy object. Just needed more inside. AUN NO LLEGA MI PAQUETE

Realicé el pedido en noviembre de 2025. Cuando lo recibí, lo revisé y parecía que todo estaba en buen estado, pero no llegué a montarlo, ya que durante el invierno no realicé ninguna actividad. Ahora, con la llegada del buen tiempo, me he dispuesto a montarlo y he comprobado que la caja-carcasa de PVC está rota. Soy consciente de que han pasado varios meses desde la recepción, pero en su momento, a simple vista, todo parecía correcto.

La máquina tiene una pinta espectacular pero no funciona el cable lo suelta y no lo recoge. He intentado contactar con el servicio técnico y no lo he conseguido. Je pense que la société Vevor n’est pas très sérieuse et que le client ne compte pas . Les seuls demandes faites n’ont jamais été suivis d’une quelconque réponse

Je viens de l'installer il fonctionne uniquement à la descente, pour la remontée il y a un clic et rien ne se passe. D' autre part les vis prévue pour la fixation sont en 10 mm alors que le modèle a besoin de 4 vis en 8 mm.

Jamais reçue je voulais commander par la suite en treuil à câble camion et vaporisateur électrique mais pas sérieux.
