I bought one winch rated at 880 lbs and two rated at 440 lbs. They are very similar except the remote for the larger winch is wireless. All three winches are strong and worked correctly right out of the box. I built a scaffold for the larger winch and use it to lift the front of my zero turn mower when I need to sharpen the blades and to lift my large gravity feed gas container when I need to refuel the mower. It does both jobs effortlessly. The smaller winch easily lifts my two person kayak for storage near the ceiling of my shop. I will use the third winch for something similar. I am happy with these winches and would buy them again or recommend them to a friend.

This thing is awesome ! It works flawlessly, the remote is super convenient, and the load rating is huge. Could not be happier with this purchase

I think the hoist is good quality for the price. I have problems with the remote, it doesn't always work. I have to sometimes smack it on the side to get it to work. I contacted customer service twice with no actual response same generic answer. To send pictures or make a video. There is no visible damage to the remote so why should I make a video or take a picture of the remote it is something internal wrong.

I received notification from UPS the package was damaged and was sent back to the seller. 2) I immediately sent a request through your website to inform that I want a refund as I am not accepting a damaged product, and I am not satisfied the way my order has been handled! 3). I also contacted your support chat and confirmed that from your customer service rep created a support ticket #2316868 that he will forward the issue to the relevant department. 4). My wife informed me after all this, the unit was shipped and dropped off on our doorstep yesterday from UPS. Now, that I have taken the necessary steps above to inform your people of cancelling and refund that amount back to my Mastercard, once again I am taking the time to contacting you and wasting my time. I have discovered I’ve been talking to a bot all this time, AI, and have not even received a personal response back? They have no callback number, and you have to wait and speak to it bot. I would not order from this company again the way they treat people!
