Good hoist. Heavy but very strong and runs smooth. Only problem I had was the box had slip open during shipping a couple of the mounting bolts were missing. Maybe bag and tape them to the hoist. A good product and would buy again.

Unfortunately I received the hoist and it had a broken plastic. However it worked very well. I contacted the company and received an excellent service they gave me a partial refund on my purchase and I was able to keep it. Super satisfied, really easy to install and use I can't wait to put it to the test I recommend. And good after-sales service.

Die Seilwinde arbeitet für ihren Preis ganz gut, ich habe Schubkarren mit Kies aus einem Baulich damit hochgehalten, also ca 150 kg mit Umlenkrolle, mein Gefühl war,viel mehr dürfte es nicht sein. Die erste Winde ist mir kaputt gegangen, weil sie nicht genau waagerecht aufgehängt war und sich der Galgen mitgeben hat beim Hochziehen. Dadurch lief das Seil sehr unsauber auf die Rolle. Ich habe dieselbe Winde ein zweites Mal gekauft und besser aufgepasst, dann war es gut. Zu empfehlen.

Bought this for my husband to use with our mower. It has definitely made his life easier when it’s time to change the blades on the mower. Only thing he did not like was the hooks for hanging it aren’t very big.

Works as expected. Feels solid. I like it. Long cord for controller is nice.

The 1-1/2” square brackets that came with it, are not real handy to use, have to get a some square tubing. The safety is nice, but you can’t go to far off center or the cable will hit the safety and trip it, also the safety disk will fit through the safety, ask my kid how we know

Fonctionne très bien. La seule chose c'est que les fils du boîtier de commande on lâcher à la première utilisation. J'ai réglé le problème et tout va très bien.

I purchased the hoist around nine months ago. Upon assembly I discovered one of the mounting bolt holes was not threaded so I was unable to completely secure the hoist bracket. Because of the time elapsed after the purchase date, I was not eligible for a refund but I reached out to the company to explain what I had discovered and if a resolution would be considered. This company has a first rate customer service team, specifically Mona. My request was answered expeditiously with a fair outcome. My initial rating was only one star which I've amended to four solely on the basis of there support team.
