It keeps cold items extremely cold for a very long period of time! It's easy to clean and easy to transport. I just purchased another one to use for hot foods

better than expected the insulation keeps the heat in and we use it to transport food hot and we get 8hrs plus heat from the product awesome

These hot boxes "Cambro style" are great for the price. They keep the food hot for 4 hours or so. I clean them after every use so they stay nice and ready for the next use. Its got wheels and stack upon one another easily. My only complaint is that the wheels don't rotate so turning the boxes are a little difficult. Other than that I would recommend them. I have 4 of them.

Works great for the value, I would recommend this product for all your food needs. Wheels make them easy to slide around the trailer floor

This thing is awesome!! Keeps food hot for hours, I would highly recommend! It kept 15 racks of ribs hot for 6 hours before I cracked it open and then at least another 6 hours was still hot enough you need gloves to handle the food!

I purchased this item because I was a vendor at a parade. This product allowed me to have a large amount of GUMBO and it kept it HOT NOT WARM BUT HOT, the entire time.

Keeps everything extremely cold for hours. The stainless steel bins are the way to go - the polycarbonate bins are just not wide enough, but I use them on top of my stainless steel ones. I put in an ice pack and then stack them. They keep my food colder than my mini fridge. Moving it around is a bit tough for me when they are stacked but I am only 5'3. I bought the first one with wheels and then added to it immediately when I saw how awesome they are. I am trying to figure out if i can make room for another one. These are a MUST HAVE for any food caterer.
