I bought two of these. They came damaged and don’t roll correctly. I’m in the process of trying to return two of them but have been given the runaround. They now are telling me it could take up to 48 hours for the appropriate department to assist me with returning my products when originally they stated they could help me with my return if they couldn’t resolve the issue. I have been dealing with them all day and I have brought other items from Vevor and have never had any product issues or issues with customer service. But the minute that I go to say that there is damage damaged to the equipment and I wish to return them even if I have to pay for shipping back to their warehouse facility to receive a full refund they stop communicating. I am hoping that my issue will be resolved as I’ve sent all of the necessary information that they need you, but this isn’t a good look for this company.

Do not buy this unit. It does not fit standard hotel plan sizes. And the company has not honoured their return policy. I’m contesting this purchase with my credit card company. Do not purchase anything from this company. Terrible customer service. Be aware.
