This hat press has a lot of issues. The platten will not stay on, you can make the set bolt as tight as possible and it still slides off. It will leave creases in your hats and it is definitely not compatible with rubber/pvc patches. Even though they advertise free returns, they will refuse to process a return. I’ve purchased many items from vevor but I will no longer be doing business with this company based on the very poor customer service.

I was hoping this was going to be a great replacement for hat heat press. The top part has ruined multiple hats by putting black marks if touching product while situating it for heat press. Very disappointing and discouraging as now I am out money.. Will not let me post photos

Didn't work from moment I unboxed it. Has LLL code. Reached out to customer service and they sent an electrical part but I'm not comfortable changing it as it's inside the machine.

Didn't work out of the box. Temerature was acting up and the press was beeping constantly. Customer service made me cut some wires and reconnect. That didn't fix the issue. They didn't want to reimburse me (return) or replace the press. They offered me $56 to keep the press. Then they offered me $117 and after that $115. I contacted PayPal and got my full refund. With their bull they tried to pull, I will NEVER buy anything from Vevor again. I bought a vacuum pump and a pneumatic jack from them, which work fine. I didn't mind the press not working out of the box. Things happen. But them not be willing to remedy the issue and offering me quarter of the price back as a "remedy" that should be illegal. I hate their third world practice they trying to pull here in Canada.

Not at all happy. Temperature control was erratic upon arrival. It would jump hundreds of degrees, even while the head remained cold. I’ve spent over a month trying to get this resolved and Vevor has told me they cannot help me and has offered me a $38 credit. I have purchased a unique aftermarket accessory which cannot be used on any other model. They did send me replacement controllers, even though I have explained to them that the controller is not the problem. It is the thermocouple which senses the temperature at the hot end. They advised me to take it to a local company for repair although there is no local company that I can take it to. Even if I could take it to a “local” company how on earth would they get the replacement part that is needed to make this unit work properly when Vevor cannot even send me the proper replacement part.

I received my hat heat press in an unacceptable condition. The cord is damaged and covered in some white stuff. Reached out to "customer Service" only to now be on a week of back and forth emails getting no where. All I asked was for a replacement or a refund and they just keep wanting me to plug in and test this electrical device that has a damaged plug. Very Disappointed

Trash, waste of money don’t buy it as you’ll not be able to get a refund for its performance. DO NO WASTE YOU MONEY

I bought this heat press in 2023 and used it only 3–4 times before it broke down. The thermostat is defective and now the machine overheats to maximum every time I turn it on. Since the warranty has expired, I understand I cannot request a replacement, but I must say I am very disappointed with the product quality. I run a small business focused mainly on t-shirts (sometimes hats too), and I expected the press to last much longer. This experience has unfortunately left me dissatisfied and cautious about purchasing your products again. If there is any way you could offer support, replacement parts, or a discount for a reliable upgrade, I would appreciate it. Best regards,
