My overall rating is 5. I was a little nervous about using it as I’ve never used one before. The price was amazing and super happy I was able to purchase it at a reduced cost. I read the booklet that came with it and was a little confused about how to get it to close once I put a mug or tumbler in it. The first project I tried didn’t turn out (possible dud blank). The second one I did, turned out great! I’m quite pleased with the overall results and ease of the machine. My granddaughter is going to love her cup.

Great machine. Works well and easy to use. Heats up quickly. Have used for multiple projects of different diameters super easily. Would 100% recommend for home users.

Very easy to use and fast, have used it for 20oz tumblers and with no issue what so every. Just see my results, I'm super impressed. Will most definitely buy more products from VEVOR.

Recieved in good time. Tried it for first time today and very happy with it. Easy to use instructions good. Totally new to sublimation, would definitely recommend this product

I bought 2 of these. Absolutely love them. They work perfectly. Would definitely buy again. They have a shut off when you walk away which is a great quality as you are prepping another cup and get distracted.

I ordered this heat press at 2.00pm yesterday (15/12/23) and it was on my doorstep at 9.00am this morning. Love the heat press, it was easy to assemble and the instructions were very clear. I did my first tumbler using a heat transfer, it took all of 30 seconds and came out perfectly. I'm so impressed with the machine and also with the customer service from the company.

Great press makes perfect tumblers and mugs every time. Highly recommend.
